Nick with former Rep. Lancia awarding Capt. Randell Bagwell of Veteran Angler Charters. Nick has been a supporter and helped fundraise for Non-Profit Veteran Anglers Association to help Veterans get out fishing.
In response to the tough times law enforcement has had, Nick stepped up and helped deliver donuts to every single police department and military installment in RI, including our very own Johnston PD. Even better was getting help from the great family run Master Homemade Donuts! This hardworking family started at 1am to bake, and Nick and the volunteers took two days to deliver donuts!
Educating our youth is important. Life's lessons come from outside the classroom as well. Nick has devoted the last 11 years to teaching young children the value of the outdoors and conservation. " The lessons these kids learn in RI's great outdoors are lifelong, they learn the enjoyment of the outdoors and how vital our environment is to our lives".
While your incumbent has been slowly eroding away our constitutional rights, Nick has been the grassroots leader you want in office. A staple at the state house, Nick has been an expert in community, in 2013 he was asked by the Speaker of the House to serve on the Mental Health and Firearms Task Force. Leadership starts from the grassroots, and Nick is the experienced leader we want to serve our district!
Here you can see Uncle Nick, Great Grandpa Dominic, and of course baby Luca! All the generations of the family live in District 43, proud Johnston residents! Its's important to believe in your community, and when you cherish the town you grew up in, you believe in it's potential. You won't find a candidate better dedicated to families living here in District 43!
From the Candidate:
My personal life is important to me, and its important to community that you know who I am. As you can see in my photo, I love the outdoors, I love the natural resources we have here in RI. I am an everyday blue collar worker like most of you. 11 years ago, I decided to get involved and help preserve our rights and help RI's Conservation Programs. It was never being the outsider and fighting the establishment, but I did and "WE" succeeded! When I am not at the state house testifying or at one of the many non-profits I am involved with, you can most likely find me on my boat fishing, in the woods hunting or foraging, or sitting somewhere watching another beautiful sunset over RI.
